October 2026: Kickoff & Hogan Personality Assessment
Meet your cohort in a virtual kickoff and dive into your individual Hogan Personality Assessment in a 1:1 debrief with your coach. Together you will identify your leadership strengths and potential derailers - your personal foundation for your individual growth throughout the program.

12. November 2026: Onsite 2 - Lead in Action
Lead when it counts. Take on leadership's most demanding moments - leading high-stakes conversations, handling difficult interactions up to separation and exit, and turning conflict from something to avoid into a source of clarity and progress. Anchored in resilience and self-management, you keep your footing through pressure, change, and difficult moments.

22.- 23. October 2026: Onsite 1 - Know Yourself
Turn self-awareness into action. With your cohort, you will deepen your leadership identity, put core leadership and communication models into practice, and learn to give feedback that drives personal growth rather than defensiveness. In learning peer groups, you will rehearse the conversations that matter most - spotting potential, developing your people, and leading personal growth.

Having designed and delivered learning and leadership programs for organizations such as Viessmann, Siemens and Allianz, she helps leaders master complex business challenges through sustainable behavioral change. As a certified systemic business coach and Hogan specialist, she has worked with leaders at all levels for many years to unlock the full potential of individuals and teams and maximize their leadership impact

Lena combines hands-on leadership experience with a strong track record in leading large-scale learning and development initiatives across global organizations such as Carrier and Siemens. She specializes in designing learning architectures built around real leadership challenges – drawing on her own experience as both a team manager and project lead in hybrid, matrixed environments. As a certified Hogan and Leadership Versatility 360° practitioner, she helps leaders translate feedback and insights into meaningful development and action.

Mauricio has more than 20 years of international leadership experience, having led global teams across the healthcare industry (Novartis, MSD, and Pfizer). As a certified Senior Team and Executive Coach (ICF PCC, EMCC Senior Practitioner), facilitator of leadership programs and thought leader, he combines practical leadership expertise with deep coaching capabilities to help leaders enhance collaboration, influence and organizational impact.

The Leadership Academy is curated and offered by arise and by the Innovation Office of the University of Basel. It is designed for growth-oriented leaders who are actively scaling teams and organizations. You are a perfect fit if you are currently transitioning from a hands-on founder to a strategic CEO within your startup, managing a fast-growing team inside an SME, or fostering high-potential innovation groups within research institutions. Our application process ensures that every participant brings relevant experience and a genuine commitment to growth, so you learn alongside peers who are operating at the same level.

The program is primarily delivered in English. Where a cohort or learning peer group is predominantly German-speaking, sessions may be conducted in German. All written materials and frameworks are in English.

Attendance at all onsite events and virtual sessions is required. The arise Leadership Academy is designed as a cohesive program where each session builds on the previous one. If you anticipate a scheduling conflict, please reach out to us in advance: leadership@badencampus.de

The program fee covers full access to the curriculum, the individual Hogan Personality Assessment, 1:1 coaching, digital learning materials, and cold drinks and coffee throughout the day during onsite events. Accommodation, breakfast/dinner and travel to the onsite locations are not included and need to be arranged by the participants. Your Program Manager will provide you with some recommendations.
